In November 2002 a new Executive Board was elected. Now the Association is represented by:

    Sixth Framework Programme Promotes Further Initiatives for Women and SET
    The European Commission has announced an open call for proposals until 9th December 2003 under the theme of Science and Society. Within this theme there is a specific section to address Women and Science projects.

    Plan ahead for 2004 Leonardo da Vinci Programme
    Leonardo da Vinci programme organised by the European Commission for Education and Culture invites applications for pilot projects by 3rd October 2003 which aim to improve quality and promote innovation in vocational training. Pilot projects develop tangible products, using new information and communications technologies where appropriate. WiTEC National Co-ordinators have run a variety of successful Leonardo projects over the years, including both mobility (student/staff placments) and pilot projects, and are available to act as partners in European projects relating to gender and SET.
